Urban foraging in the city! This is our first workshop hosted in an urban setting which is important for many reasons. It's certainly a great way to open up the world of foraging to people who don't live in or have access to wild open spaces. We'll search for a variety of wild edibles that are plentiful this time of year and I'll discuss how to properly identify and SAFELY harvest. I'll also discuss some traditional uses and techniques you can apply while incorporating wild foods we find into meals and/or preserving methods. We'll be walking (roughly 1.5 miles) around Old Louisville during this workshop so the walking will be very comfortable and accessible to almost anyone.
Sunday June 12th, 2022 @ 9:00am-12:00pm
(Event details and location will be shared via email after booking your ticket(s) through the website.)

Your ticket purchase will be eligible for a 50% refund if canceled thirty days prior to the workshop event date. If canceled after, there’s no refunds.
