Spring Foraging Book Release Hike / April 20th, 2024
Springtime in Kentucky is truly a sight to behold. Join George Barnett for a cool morning in an eastern forest as we search for spring season wild edibles. We'll discuss proper identification, harvesting, and preparation/preservation techniques of various wild edible mushrooms and plants. During this class, we will be in a forested setting walking a distance of approximately 3.5 miles. This class is limited to 20 individuals. * For people who purchase the workshop admission and a copy of my "Foraging Kentucky" book, note that the books will be handed out in-person at the beginning of the workshop event.
Location: Eastern Kentucky (specific address details are emailed to booked customers within 4 weeks from workshop date).

Cancellation policy: If you choose to cancel your spot(s), do so at least 30 days before the scheduled date of the workshop. Your purchase will be eligible for a 50% refund if canceled at least thirty days prior to the workshop event date. If canceled sooner than 30 days from the date of the workshop, there’s no refunds.
