Reading under Trees: Ralph Waldo Emerson / May 5th, 2024

Join us for a cool spring morning under the trees, while George Barnett reads excerpts from Emerson's "Self-Reliance", and from his collection of essays and poems. An open discussion of interpretation will continue throughout the event to break down Emerson's philosophy, meanings, and observations. Tea and coffee will be provided to all attendees. It's recommended to bring a blanket or chair to relax on during the event. This class is limited to 20 individuals. * For people who purchase the workshop admission and a copy of my "Foraging Kentucky" book, note that the books will be handed out in-person at the beginning of the workshop event.

Cancellation policy: If you choose to cancel your spot(s), do so at least 30 days before the scheduled date of the workshop. Your purchase will be eligible for a 50% refund if canceled at least thirty days prior to the event date. If canceled sooner than 30 days from the date of the event, there’s no refunds.
